Through a combination of questioning and other techniques we will guide you to explore and get to the heart of any issues you’re facing. You will need to be open and honest in order to get the best out of your coaching. Once we feel the issues have been sufficiently explored and resolutions identified, we will collaborate on the next steps necessary to achieve the outcome you’re looking for.
The outcomes of every one of your endeavours should align with your desires/goals. You know what you want from life. If you by chance don’t know what you want, we can help you work that out too. That said, as an individual, you may be more interested to know about a life process, rather than the outcomes.
At BloomsCoach, we aim to hold a delicate balance between goal-focused and in-the-moment coaching. Together we’ll identify a clear direction for where you want to go in the overall coaching.
